Shabda Krida( Game of words) app/game

The Sanskrit Club from IIT Roorkee in association with Samskrita Bharati ( a sanskrit organisation ) had organised a hackathon, where we can solution apps or games that help people learn sanskrit. It was my first International hackathon with amazing people who were at great posts in various organisation.

I looked after,

  • Team coordination
  • Conducting meetings, setting targets, and became a point of contact with the organisers
  • Developed a memory card feature for our game
  • Preparing Presentation explaining the market potential of the game

The tech stack involved

  1. Android studio
  2. Flutter
  3. Firebase

One of our team member developed the IOS app and I took up android. We had some plans,

  • Setting up a backend
  • Making the features available for both android and IOS
  • Releasing on Playstore

However, we couldn't win the contest. But I really enjoyed myself creating app and introduction to flutter framework.
