2 month internship at KPIT

Based on my projects being majorly in automotive and also because I had amazing ideas for the automotive domain, the company I was placed to join offered a paid internship for 2 months in February 2019.

During the tenure,

  • Automotive industry and technologies
  • Key players and roles
  • Software development cycle and adoption
  • GitHub, usage and Continuous integration
  • Final Internship project

Along with this I made 2 projects, one with embedded system coding using ARM architecture and another is automatic mirror movement based on turning angle as a week project.

My final project Idea was to implement a ML based indicator system, which due to time constraint, was implemented as a basic version. The basic version involved,

  • Connecting Hardware with Openmaps
  • Automatic indicator when there is a turn
  • Stopping when another car id detected
  • Developed using MATLAB and Arduino integration

The project was accepted and I got a full time offer too!!
